I was about to buy the $215 compass from Catalina direct when I cruised over to ebay and found lots on examples in the $50-$60 range. Does anyone have any advice to offer on what to look for in a compass? Is it worth spending all the dough to get the one from CD that claims it is better on the angled bulkhead?
