Rob, I made one for my boards that I'm very happy with. I cut a cardboard template of the largest hatch board (top)and brought it home to work with. I purchased some blue canvas type material at a fabric store to sew up as an outer cover and made three separate interior compartments using heavy felt as dividers. Some nylon webbing and a couple plastic buckles on the exterior and it works great. The separate compartments keep the boards and the lock hasp from scratching each other. I didn't take measurements because I just used the template as a pattern. If you like, I can try to remember to take pictures next time I'm at the boat. Mark #4289 Solution >
