Thanks Phil, I like the idea of your folding table though; the one that came 
with the 270 is nice, but too large for the boat I feel.

Regarding the converstion, I believe your approach is correct, and this is now 
sounding like a good winter project.  The wife and I usually sit facing aft 
with a laptop to watch a movie at night so I figured that mounting a small 
flatscreen on the back of the head, and doing this sette converstion woul make 
it much more enjoyable.

I'll let you know how it goes this winter.
