[IC27A] Draft on a 1986 Tall Rig

Hello:
I am looking at a 1986 tall rig 27. My boatslip has just over 5 feet of water. 
The current owner says the draft of the boat is 4 feet. My question is did some 
tall rig boats come with a four foot keel and some with the 4 foot 10 inch, or 
were all tall rig boats the four foot 10 inch keel. I really like this boat, 
but if it draws 4' 10" it won't work for me. I would rather not pay for a haul 
out just to find out if the boat is too deep. Thanks in advance for any info.
