[IC27A] rudder washer

Happy New Year to everyone. I was out today for my first sail of the  
year and i had some play in the tiller/rudder. The place where the  
rudder tube and the tiller connect is very loose. Looks like maybe  
some kind of washer there. Has anyone every had this problem?
