I'm attaching an article I wrote for an the May issue of Pacific Yachting 


magazine (without photos). It deals with using traditional materials to 


restore faded gelcoat. As noted in the article, the transformation of my 


canoe (used as a test) was absolutely amazing. I didn't get into 


non-traditional options (that's for another article) and I couldn't get a 


clear answer on the differences between automotive and marine products. 


However, I'll stick with the marine stuff and am looking forward to getting 


to work on my C27 as soon as it stops raining out west.
