The plunger is basically seized up and the unit is so old that no one really makes service parts for it anymore. There are a few bits you can get but for the most part its discontinued. It also cost me an overnight trip last season when it overflowed - so I have a bit of a chip on my shoulder. I went and picked up a new Jabsco head - but it doesn't fit the pedestal on the C27. I thought about making a wood plate for it - but when mocked up - I don't care for it. http://www.opus45.com/pics/c27_head_1.jpg As you can see in the pic it doesn't fit.
