Careful with those mounts!  I went to replace one not too long ago (th e motor 
was OUT) and it snowballed.  The aft/stbd mount is worth checking carefully, 
the intake impeller is mounted directly above it.

Also worth checking: the bolts that mount into the stringers.  I'm not sure how 
thick (thin!) the wood under there is, but it's thin.  Mine were barely hanging 
on and needed remounted.
