Thanks Mike and Phil,

In the end, I took the easy way out.  I called the marina guy to see what he 
thought, and he said he had a guy down there working on the boat right next to 
mine, and would I like him to take a look, and I said okay.  I still haven't 
talked to him to see where the leak actually was, but it's fixed.  Now we're 
getting foamy odd-smelling water coming out of the hot water tap... I wonder if 
he had to put something in it?
