I have an outboard setup as well, and keep a Solstice 4-Person dinghy in the bay where an inboard would go. West sells it for about $400. (I'm not sure I'd put 4 people in it, but I've used it for short trips to the beach or dock with 3 people). Its somewhat of a pain in the neck to inflate onboard, but doesn't take more than 5-10 minutes with the foot pump.
