Catalina Direct has three options for gates on the mast track for the main. Can any of you suggest which is the best? I have a 1975 Standard Rig C27. I have a new Air Force main with slugs. At this time I bring down the main and then roll it to the boom. I am seriously considering installing a gate and flaking the main onto the boom. However, I do not understand the options of gates offered by Catalina Direct. I could call and ask them (and may do so), but would welcome your comments.
