Hello and thanks, it is nice to have a place like this and ask questions to owners of the same model.
I had a P 26 and left Florida opting for Houston. I like the Catalina cabins. I found one today it needs some love and care but at my inspection today it matches the price.
My first project is to get the Yanmar out. Ideas concerning engine removal would be a big bonus.
Keel bolts or nuts (can't remember) are rusted; is that normal for Cat 27?
The P 26 has a roller furling and I will want to add one to the cat 27.
The owner said the marina fee was 140 a month and for that place I think it is a bargain.
