When my dad had his C310 we went to St Micheals several times. It was one of
our favorite spots. His boat was near Chesapeake City. It was a 3/4 day motor
to go there by Kent Narrows. We did it a few times as the first stop on our
cruise. I remember it being similar time to go there as going to Baltimore. I
also remember the channel into Kent Narrows being quite interesting on a high
wind day coming from the north.

That's where we were looking Gary! We were thinking that is a long haul for a
weekend trip. It's about 60 sailing miles. How long did it take you to sail
there?

What about St. Michaels? Use to live in Baltimore and now in GA but loved that
area.

A few boats are looking to raft up this weekend in a new destination. We are

but would love to explore another destination!

Anyone have any suggestions?

If we did, I'm sure the Waterman's Lobby would demand exclusive whaling rights.

I don't know about that. There are two other photographs in the article.

Its a good thing we don't have whales in the Chesapeake.

Great story, but there's no way that pic wasn't Photoshopped.

Did you all see this? I don't think a Catalina 27 would cope well with a 40
