Wing tip is a bit of a spaghetti factory (18 lines to the cockpit) but one of the things I did to ease operation was rework the factory single line reefing. My first change was to hang a BB block through that forward cringe (and earlier project converted the entire boat to BB blocks). That removed the friction and it worked rather well. When I added a second reef to the main I started using the 10:1 magic box mounted as a Cunningham with a reefing hook to wrestle the front reefing cringe under control.
