Hmmm, your 84 should be the same as my 85 and this one is the same as mine. I 
don't remember which year this one came from, I salvaged several 27's after 
Katrina in order to restore mine.
I'll take $100 for it and you cover shipping.
I'm located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and recommend Greyhound for shipping. 
They are the cheapest but maybe not the fastest.
The ladder is 43" x 15" x 8". I don't have a scale handy for the weight.
You can check out the Greyhound site for rates, I'd do it for you but only have 
my phone at the moment and surfing the web is not that easy for me.
