There is a fellow in Newburgh, NY, who does extensive business in NYC. He is
a cabinet-maker who is now emphasizing custom furniture making and interior
boat refinishing. He has done a number of projects for repairs on the Beacon
Sloop Club's 9-ton wooden ferry sloop, the Woody Guthrie. He recently finished
interior upgrades of a wonderful two-masted, double-ended sloop, "Pickpocket",
that sails out of White's Marina in New Hamburg, NY. If you are interested in
talking with him, I can link you up (Oh BTW, one of the projects he did for the
BSC was to rebuild our beautiful replica wooden ladder by which we access the
boat when she is up on the hard).

Hello all,

Mike here again. Does anyone know where I can find a companion way ladder for
my 1984 inboard diesel C-27. I purchased one but it was too long, ended up
cutting it (incorrectly) and made one big mess...sorry Mark. I will be able to
mend it but I would like a solid one eventually.
Does anyone know a good teak fabricator that works with Catalina 27's

Thanks,

Mike
