uhh. just so you know, one usually has to specify what one is going to use grant money for *before* you get the grant. if you get grant money for proposal a, and use it for topic b, you are guilty of serious academic misconduct and likely to get your butt kicked out of your institution. just sayin', --vicka (supported by ncrr, mind, and birn)
