That's another thing that bothers me, to see a solitary horse, even with lots of room to run. A lot of people don't seem to grasp how much horses need company, that they are herd animals and not designed by nature to live alone, whether it be in a stall or the back 40. It costs so little more to have another creature for company, a goat, a mini, a donkey, whatever... hate to see them all alone.
