Melnir has been a little ignored lately, but I got him out today and made a few short video clips. He mostly wanted to either 1) eat grass, 2) stand and get petted, or 3) do the prancey stallion trot. I finally got him to move a little bit, but he's not one to get overly excited - thank goodness. Here he is:
Bucking: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZQD8NG_daes Playing on the lead line - but NOT with a lot of energy. FINALLY I got him to move out a little, so I think the last five seconds is a slow foxtrot. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yBYe4mnkoaM Just goofing around at liberty - he hasn't been doing a lot of groundwork lately, so I didn't have his full attention...oh well, we know now what we need to review! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ykn_UjpvnwA And finally, this whole video is only about five seconds, but he does a slow gait for the last couple of seconds: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lA20xDYk5OM What do you think this gait is? I may put some up later of him trotting out and showing off a little. Karen Thomas [EMAIL PROTECTED]
