Today i was coming home from the store and saw a teenage girl on a
horse that was backing and halfrearing and looked about to toss her
because two big dogs, bulldog mix, were circling the horse and trying
to snap at its rear end. I pulled up and talked to her out the window
and got her to maneuver so I was between her and the dogs and I took
the newspaper I had just bought and flapped it out the car window at
the dogs, hollering at them while she made her getaway. I looked up
and the dogs owner was in the yard working on his truck. he was just
looking at me. I couldnt believe it! I waited for him to say
something but he didnt and I left.\janice --
