Hi Janice:
Thanks for all the name ideas.  You too had some
really great ones.  I will email them to Lori so she
can think about them.  She and her husband are really
enjoying their first experience with a newborn.  She
told me she tried putting the halter on him today but
was having trouble.  I had seen her put a halter on
Juli, her now close to yearling Icelandic she got from
me.  She always was on the wrong side and had to
buckle it over her head.  Juli, the typical laid back,
handled a bunch by me, Icy foal would just stand there
until she got the job done. Lori is also a dog trainer
and she told me they are usually on the opposite side
to do things with dogs and it is second nature for her
to be on their right side.  I guess that is why she
usually tried to put the halter on from that side.  I
told her then that it would be a lot harder to do it
that way when she was dealing with an adult horse with
the head way up in the air.  I guess old habits are
hard to break.
