Someone is a lot smarter than I am. I never would have thought that could be done.
I struggled with leaving the rope halter on with the bridle. My TWH endurance was having some rude horse bevahiors in the endurance ride vet checks, and I wanted to be able to handle him for the vets with the rope halter, which for him is a cue for manners. At the first ride where I tried it, the head piece slid half way down his neck when he was racking. I don't know if it necessarily annoyed him, but it was driving me crazy. The next ride, I looped that piece around the bridle's headstall. Tacky, but it worked. Nancy
