So there is a reason he reminded me of Flekka... :) Yeah, right, I've heard those rumors about Flekkur's offspring being difficult too. I've owned one son of Flekkur (Reddi) and two of his grandchildren (Trausti and Flekka) and they are all very good trail horses, sweet with a good attitude to get the job done. I hate it when people make those generalities about a horse - I wonder if I'd heard that before I bought these three if I'd have bought them? Probably, since I tend to discount those kinds of rumors, but if I had, I would have missed three very good horses. I certainly wouldn't pass on a Flekkur descendant after knowing these three.
