I was reading something about valentines day sweets and it said that belgian chocolates are more palatable to americans because they are lighter and sweeter chocolate, more what we are used to. it said the quality of chocolate depends on how fast they melt cause that is related to the amount of cocoa butter i think it said. it was interesting. i like sugar free, but only if sweetened with splenda.
