My two just kinda fell in my lap. The one, I was with a friend looking at a house they were gonna buy and this wonderful lady had Jolli' for sale. She didn't pass the vet check(waited two months and she was alright) so I thought I would explore Icelandics further. I looked at one that I was thinking about and then found Lukka from a women I had bought a fox trotter from probably 10 years ago. Very honest lady. Got both on a trial and I was not even looking for a horse especially an Icelandic. And Lukka is my dream come true!! Not like my QH;s that when looking for one for me and my daughter, we must have looked at 40 horses. When I sold horses I was totally honest and found good matches. I hate when you drive 2 hours and won't even get on the horse that was supposedly kid safe.
