What are you all liking and where do you prefer to shop for > harness? Can I get a decent harness for less than $500? Who makes a nice > cart?
My favorite harness is Zilco (no, it's not leather but looks the most like it of any synthetic) but unless you find it used, you won't get it for under $500.00. I love that when you finish with it, you just hang it up and hose it off and it looks really nice. Some people are using it in formal competitions. I would probably never buy a Meadowbrook carriage again (sorry - I know you have one for sale). I can tell you from experience that they flip over pretty easily. I also wouldn't buy an old Amish carriage unless I knew someone that knows alot about bearings and such and could check it very carefully. Unfortunately good carriages are expensive but in our area there are several good sales. What part of the country are you in? If it's not too far a trip to Amish country can be well worth it. Laree
