I believe it might be unwise to switch from bitted to a sidepull,
that's not something I'd be comfortable with a student trying. What
happens if the horse doesn't respond well and you get hurt? Then your
coach/trainer/teacher can be responsible because of his 'bad
judgement'. It's sad in the world we live in that we have to think
about this, but we do!
