The wind is starting to pick up here... I hope it's just wind! My pond is well out of it's banks, covering the dock. The drainage ditch for the neighborhood is flooded where it goes through mine and the neighbor's pasture, the bridge to the back is flooded, and the creek at the back of the pasture is waaaay out of it's banks. The back of my pasture has about 6" of water on it. I'm worried that the 30ish MPH winds will be enough to drop some trees tonight. I hope not! NOAA is showing about 2" of rain at the farm, but it looks like Trish's area got over 4" already!!! I believe that my barn will be okay and not flood, but if we do get another inch or two like they're forecasting it will be close!! Steph -- "Brutality begins where skill ends."
