[IceHorses] Head and Mouth in Gait

I'm trying to learn this stuff.
 
Am I getting this right?  The Icelandic tolt is the same (similar?) to my 
TWH's rack, but the flying pace is not the same as my Standardbred's hard 
racetrack pace?
 
If I'm not "getting" it, I'd appreciate an explanation.
