I'll think of you... I ran about 6 miles today (made Runner go with
me! LOL), and I'm paying for it now. Been trying to work out some
personal problems and got lost in thought, the run back seemed MUCH
longer than the run out!

I did find this beautiful white sand 'beach' on the creek behind the
barn about a mile out the pipeline. I let Runner roll in the creek,
then he'd hop up on the bank, roll in the sand, and go back and play
in the creek. It is a very perspective making, peaceful spot...
