Haha, thats me! But if you look at my jaspar, good heavens I made so
many mistakes, and he's not messed up. In fact he is just about as
perfect as they get. I have tried so many goofball things with him,
done some horrible things to him, stuff like forcing him to go into an
area he was balking over, then us suddenly up to his chin when the
clay pile fell in, him suddenly over his head when he stepped out of
the shallows into a drop off, him suddenly bogging down in deep sucky
mud, and heres my my infamous of all time... you know how a snaffle
bit that breaks in the middle goes only one way? Lord only knows how
long I rode him in one with it in his mouth backwards. It could have
been a year. bad saddlefit, I gave him white spots, I once rode him
48 miles and had wrapped a shirt with button snaps around the pommel
and by the end of the ride he had a spot about 3x3 inches raw and
bloody, oh gosh it just goes on and onnnnn. I dont know why he didnt
just kill me but he is very devoted and loving and dutiful. I think
he began to realize I was human, and made mistakes, but honestly was
trying to be good to him, whereas where he came from he was just
livestock and people only tried to control him with fear and
intimidation. anyway. You are very good for Orri! As long as you
keep that attitude where you want nothing more than to be good to him!
He will be very forgiving of your human error!
