I agree. However, it's a start. In our area, there are plenty of pleasure riders that need some sort of venue for their horses but do NOT want to go the traditional way of what they've seen with their breed associations. Up until now Icelandics haven't been included in their list, so I was pleased to be invited to participate in the planning of this event. I suspect every horse attending will probably be barefoot.
