It could be a jog, it could be a fox trot, it could be a running walk, or as 
the owner says, it could be a smooth trot!

Do you have any video of what she is doing now?

If so, send it to me and we'll take a look at it.  If not, ask the seller to 
get some video for you of what she is doing.

It will also depend on her conformation as to whether she can easily tolt.

Try tipping your pelvis back (don't lean back) and take up a little contact 
(in the amount of a strawberry).  If she doesn't tolt, it may not be natural 
for her.
