You mean generally, or so far, right?  I dont see how you could say 
this inequivocably...  How many offspring has he sired.  I am not 
looking for an argument, they exhaust me...    but seems to me if a 
stallion was 100% guaranteed to fix 100% of all "issues" with the mare 
you would have a heckuva a stallion there...  but maybe the mares you 
choose have had relatively minor "issues" whatever that means!  like 
lets say a mare would not tolt.  could he fix that?  What if she had 
cow hocks, sicle hocks, an ugly head, SE,  meanness, would he fix all 
those?  I mean what issues we talkin here...
