Thanks for the picture of the Peruvian tack.

In the original picture with the Icelandic, it looks like the top rein also 
goes thru the bit... wonder why they would do that, instead of direction 
action to the sidepull.  The way it is now, it's "mechanical".

Is the peruvian bridle set up like that?
