>>>  *** What does "G3" mean?

I think it's "Generation 3" - meaning the third generation of her treeless
saddles - I THINK!

>>> *** What is "Oily Gripper leather fenders"?

It's a type of leather. I believe the Oily Gripper leather is a pre-oiled
heavyweight leather that is supposed to stand up to rough conditions with
minimal care. I started to order that leather for my husband, but I went
with one of the softer leathers. I haven't seen it in person, so what I'm
telling you is second hand.

>>>***Does one of the standard rings include one for a crupper?

Yes. The standard rings are well-placed for pommel and cantle bags.

>>> ***What are "Harduse stirrups leathers"?

It's a way the maker devised to attach the stirrups to three-points, to help
distribute the rider's weight. I THINK it's possible to ride with all of the
G3 saddles's stirrups in a more traditional, "free-swinging" arrangement,
but you should ask to be sure. I ride with the free-swinging configuration.

>>> *** What is "Removable Twist Bolster"?

It's a Velcro-on pad that you can install between the saddle and the seat.
It's quite easy to move around, or remove, if you don't like it.
Personally, I've found that these saddles have enough of a feeling of a
twist that I don't need it..
