That is a shame. When we started having our horses stand on a platform, and do other suppling exercises and brain exercises, Ragnar said that we were turning the Icelandics into circus ponies. It appears that Iceland is doing that for themselves! I think we have an opportunist situation here. Just a way for one or two people to make money off the horses without caring about their reputation, or their long-term success in the US. We have been trying for several years to get the breed to be accepted in North America's mainstream horse culture. This show will definitely put a negative spin on that.
