These pictures are taken in the area next to the barn.  Not a very
large area so he really only gets about a dozen steps of this gait.
Feels like the speed of a regular trot, but definitely feel a side to
side motion like a tolt.  I rode him bareback out in the pasture a few
days ago.  Had his sidepull on, but forgot the neckring, had to
remember to take the step stool so I can get on him.  He was
definitely doing quite a bit of trot and tolt with a few steps of
canter.  He wanted to go!  I only rode for 5 - 10 minutes.  Started
getting a little nervous because the pasture is neither flat nor
smooth.  I started worrying that he would take a misstep or stumble
and I would come off and who knows how long before my husband would
notice that I was gone.  I'm much more confident that I could ride any
stumbles if I had stirrups.   Can't really see the pasture from the
house and I forgot the walkie talkie.
