These pictures are taken in the area next to the barn. Not a very large area so he really only gets about a dozen steps of this gait. Feels like the speed of a regular trot, but definitely feel a side to side motion like a tolt. I rode him bareback out in the pasture a few days ago. Had his sidepull on, but forgot the neckring, had to remember to take the step stool so I can get on him. He was definitely doing quite a bit of trot and tolt with a few steps of canter. He wanted to go! I only rode for 5 - 10 minutes. Started getting a little nervous because the pasture is neither flat nor smooth. I started worrying that he would take a misstep or stumble and I would come off and who knows how long before my husband would notice that I was gone. I'm much more confident that I could ride any stumbles if I had stirrups. Can't really see the pasture from the house and I forgot the walkie talkie. Anna
