I'm not sure if they still do it, but they used to have team penning over here at the mule farm once a month, I saw a gaited horse or two doing it. A friend told me they were trying to start up cowboy action shooting, I haven't heard anything about it in months, it would at least be fun to watch. All of my horses are ok with cows, since they have been pastured next to cows for a while. Dari used to stand at the fence with the calves, they were great fans of his, I once saw about 7 of them gathering around at the other side of the fence trying to get to him. It was difficult to get him away from them, even at feeding time. He would let them lick his nose. I heard that a calf got into his pasture a few months ago and he chased it out, back through the fence (smooth wire fence), maybe it's natural for some of them? It sounds like fun. Kim
