I have always enjoyed the training aspect of working with horses and dogs more than any other thing.
Showing (or competing in endurance or obedience for dogs) can be used as a test to see how I'm doing with my training. It also is enough of a goal to keep me working through bad weather or busy life seasons. Nancy
