either it was slipping or she couldn't get the stirrups even (perhaps b/c the saddle was slipping? i wasn't paying precise attention, sorry...) and i'm terrible at guessing weights. she was a short woman (about my height) though. i think it's excellent that tivar gives you feedback on how his saddle fits -- he's the one whose opinion matters the most after all! --vicka
