I love that - people competing for the "less is more in the way of tack"
titles instead of falling into the trap of needing more and more equipment
to ride.  It makes me sad to see the FEIF allowing more severe bits, harsher
nosebands, etc., for Icelandic's while a lot of the rest of the equestrian
world is striving for less in the way of tack.   Our breed people are so
darned out of sync with the equestrian world I want to be watching for
inspiration.
