this was just the higest wonderful breakthru ever with my fox. He
went from dragging me like water skier and giving me rope burns to
quietly following the float right into a horse trailer after balking
before. It was a miracle. I still wouldnt believe it if I hadnt
experienced it myself! One thing--- I have found with both my
icelandics they like to be led with me on the right for some reason.
And my Gallant Boy, so old, always treated so "old school", he wants
so hard to please but my kindness baffles him. He will walk so
mannerly, then surge way ahead, then seems to have to search for the
folat, for what I want. and everything he does with humans is so
tense, he is so afraid but trying to act mannerly, afraid of breaking
a rule. He is getting it tho. When he acts "bad" it actually makes
feel like we are getting somewhere other than "shut down"
