its funny, my husband doesnt mind having a short horse. He adores his little 14.1 hh stocky horse. When we go on big rides and I am on my jaspar people will actually make comments like "you guys should trade horses" ?? or "why do short women always want these big tall horses" and then sometimes we ride Traveller and Fox together and he is on 14.1hh Traveller and I am on 16.3hh Fox who weighs about 1300 pounds and people will say the same things. Cause they look just alike only one is tall. I always say, when I got him he was short. cause its true! I tell people now I will probably end up with the worlds only 16hh icelandic because I keep getting short and the always grow too tall. When I got Jaspar he was 14.2 hh, and when I got stonewall as a long yearling he was a little under 14 and they said he would never be over 14 and now he is 16. Janice yipie tie yie yo
