That's weird. I've owned a whole long line of Thoroughbreds, TB crosses, a couple of Arabs, a Tennessee Walker, three Welsh ponies and two Icelandics over a 43 year period.
Granted, I know only these two Icelandics and one other, but the are by FAR the easiest and most trainable equines I've ever been around. Two of the three Welsh ponies I had were not so easy to work with (again a two pony sample). Maybe it depends on which individuals within a breed we encounter. Nancy
