That's a lot Lorraine, but pretty much in line with what we've had to pay. If the hauler is trustworthy and safe and delivers your horse on time, it's a bargain.
Everyone had horror stories around haulers ... friends of ours paid $3000 to move an Icelandic and a Morgan from Oregon to Virginia. The horses got "stuck" in Texas, arrived months late and so thin that the Morgan was not recognizable. Nancy
