saddle etc....so I would think 6 inches behind the shoulder is an

Who knows if they require it, or if its the habit of the particular
trainer, or rider...if they are ridden with 6 inches behind the
shoulder, I would love a disqualification.

Uneducated. The trainer might not know that the seat could be more
forward and the horse more comfy...or they might not care about
that...who knows.
