I just started reading his book "What Horses Reveal"--I'm a complete convert now!!! I just wish the guy didn't live in Denmark or wherever he is. This book takes some concentration to read, but so far is an excellent book. Altho I don't always agree w/ categorizations, KFH has divided horse personalities into 26 different categories, w/ behavior/physical characteristics for each, and training approaches. It's very interesting! Altho I haven't quite figured out what personality Shadow is, Santana is DEFINITELY "The Dandy!" He fits the description to a "T"--he's a beautiful horse, intelligent but often has trouble integrating what he learns, and most of all, he's so goofy, playful and people-oriented that he charms everyone! I've had several people tell me that if I ever wanted to sell him they would buy him, and I've made arrangements w/ one of those that if something happens to us, she will take him. Anyway, great book, amazing ideas from this man!! Robyn
