when mic sent the now infamous fox collar from wales she threw in one of their riding club newsletters, not really a newsletter, more like a small magazine, called "Set The Pace". I wish 1. more smaller organizations had publications like this and 2. you could have access online to them.
because even tho it is really nice to see things from the world class point of view, it is not so above my head if you know what i mean, to read what "normal" everyday riding people are up to. Especially the showing! It was fascinating! Especially the "Lead Rein" class where apparently parents trot around the arena with their kids in helmets tolting on their horses at the end of the lead :) I wish we had shows like this near me! There were some really nice reports which was interesting in that they offered varying points of view, and a wonderful article on natural horsemanship by Ron Meredith who said some awesome things. Anyway. Mic needs to start a website and put the book online for people to download every month! it was wonderful. Janice -- yipie tie yie yo
