Isn't this interesting?

Do you think that changing the neck set and length can affect the 
"gaitedness" of the breed?

Personally, I think that concentrating on breeding a better leg so that the 
horses would not have to use boots to prevent them from cutting their legs 
off when they move, would be more important.
